Teaching Assistant Level 3, Grade 4 - Pastoral Support
£19,554 pro rata, term time only. Temporary one year contract
We are looking to expand our current pastoral provision team for next year to support the mental health and wellbeing of identified pupils as a result of the current pandemic and the related closure of school for most children. Although a degree is not essential, this would be an excellent opportunity for new graduate with an interest in psychology, teaching, child and adolescent mental health. The post holder would be fully supported in their induction by our pastoral team.
There are three positions available, one at each of our 3 schools. At Green End and Ladybarn, the position is for 30 hours per week. At Cringle Brook, the position is for 17 hours per week. All three positions are for a temporary, one year contract.
The successful candidates will have recent and relevant experience of working with children. They will also be highly motivated, dynamic, have strong teamwork skills and a ‘can do’ approach to their work. They will be a strong communicator who is a nurturing, patient and positive individual and will be strong at building relationships with pupils, staff and parents.

Salary - TA Level 3, Grade 4 - £19, 554 pro rata, term time only. For Green End and Ladybarn 30 hrs per week this equates to apx £14,368 per annum. For Cringle Brook for 17 hrs per week this equates to apx £8,141 per annum.
