Message from the Executive Head
As Executive Headteacher across the Trust, I am deeply committed to ensuring that every child in our local communities receives the highest quality educational experience. I hold the very highest expectations for all our pupils, both in their academic progress and in their personal, emotional, and social development.
At the Trust, our curriculum is carefully designed to inspire curiosity, foster a love of learning, and provide every child with the strongest possible foundations for academic success. We place great emphasis on developing confident, articulate communicators who can thrive in a wide range of situations.
Our school is built on a strong sense of community, where nurture, inclusivity, and meaningful relationships lie at the heart of everything we do. Together, we strive to create a safe, supportive, and ambitious environment in which every child can flourish.

Our Mission
Kingsway Community Trust Schools will:
-
Provide a nurturing and safe environment where excellence and diversity are valued and celebrated;
-
Create enthusiasm for learning that will shape young people’s lives and future chances;
-
Enable children to build friendships and relationships through respect, teamwork and valuing their community;
-
Harness all children’s potential so that there are no limits as to what they can achieve;
-
Never forget that we are at the heart of our community.

Kingsway Community Trust is committed to ensuring that every child succeeds highly during their time at our schools and this commitment will be at the heart of everything we do. Through excellent leadership and strong governance, we will develop high academic achievement, strong social skills and a sense of place in the world for every child.
Our team of highly skilled teachers deliver motivating lessons which challenge all children to achieve the best possible outcomes. Everything the children will experience at Ladybarn, Green End and Cringle Brook will be developed with them in mind.
We expect high standards from our staff and, in turn expect these from all children, with high attendance and excellent punctuality. All parents will expected to be fully involved in their child’s education and there will be plenty of opportunities for them to get involved in school life.
